You can redirect up to 20% of the corporate income tax owed to the government to the Association for Baromedical Development and Research until December 31, 2026.

1. The sponsorship agreement must be filled out with the details of the Association for Baromedical Development and Research (ADCB), your company’s information, and the amount you wish to donate. Download the sponsorship agreement already filled out with ADCB’s details here, which you must then fill in with your company’s details and the amount, and send it to contact@adcb.ro.

2. Transfer the funds to the account of the Association for Baromedical Development and Research. The sponsorship agreement must be signed before the end of the calendar year, and payment must be made by the end of the year.

3. When you pay the Romanian government the tax for the tax year in which you made the donation, you can deduct the amount donated to ADCB.
